Ameera here!
We are super excited over this week’s Whip It Up Wednesday recipe. It was love at first bite. Every Wednesday, we feature a quick and easy recipe that can be “whipped up” in 20 minutes or less. There are days when my mom and I need to speed things up in the kitchen, so we created some fast recipes for those busy days. We thought that maybe you might enjoy our quick recipes to help speed things up in your kitchen as well, and we hope these quick recipes can help simplify your lives too.
This week’s Whip It Up Wednesday recipe features a Vegan Buffalo Bean Wrap accompanied by a Quick Vegan Ranch Dressing. This wrap is packed with yummy deliciousness, and the ranch dressing is the perfect side dipping “sauce.” We were scarfing them down like our lives depended upon it!
Cannellini beans
This wrap is so much fun and makes for an excellent packed school lunch, work lunch, or just plain lunch! LOL The beauty of cannellini beans is that they are perfect for making wraps/sandwiches since they are great for absorbing flavors. Their creamy texture combined with the crunchy celery, onions, and carrots makes for a great combination.

Wrap or Sandwich
The hardest part of this recipe is deciding whether you want to make a sandwich or a wrap. I have to share with you that a wrap makes it easier to drizzle in or dip into the Ranch dressing, which we used generously. Although the ranch recipe only makes about ½ cup of ranch dressing, which turns out to be the perfection portion size for this recipe. We were licking the plates. Yes, it was THAT good.
We hope you enjoy our new Whip It Up Wednesday quick and easy dish!
