There are tons of studies that prove this point time and again, even in the advanced age of technology. Nothing can replace the physical act of writing down thoughts, ideas, and progress. It simply works!
Putting your pen or pencil on a physical sheet of paper creates a mental connection. The brain is literally providing instructions to the body that this is what you plan to do and here’s how you plan to achieve it.
