Bold, flavorful, and healthy, this Oil Free Tangy Thousand Island Hummus Dressing is super easy to make and perfect for salads, sandwiches, and veggies.


  • ½ cup hummus *
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons stone ground mustard (+/-) *
  • 2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons ketchup (+/-)
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • 2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (+/-)


  1. Place all the Ingredients into a bowl, whisk well until smooth and emulsified.
  2. Taste test the dressing, adjust the flavors as needed.
