Wholesome and refreshing, this Easy Sweet and Tangy Broccoli Slaw boasts crisp veggies, creamy dressing, and lip-smacking flavors.



Base Ingredients:

  • 1 – [ 12 oz. package ] broccoli slaw mix *
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 6 to 8 green onions, sliced
  • ½ to ¾ cup slivered almonds, toasted *
  • ¼ cup unsalted sunflower seeds, toasted *

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hummus *
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (+/-) *
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *


  1. Place all the Base Ingredients into a large bowl, set aside.
  2. Place all the Dressing Ingredients into a small bowl, mix well until smooth and emulsified.
  3. Pour the dressing over top of the broccoli slaw ingredients, mix well. Serve and enjoy!
