Step up your game with this delicious and healthy Berry Fruit Salsa for a fun dessert appetizer that everyone will love.

Berry Salsa Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely diced strawberries
  • 1 cup halved blueberries
  • 1 cup halved raspberries
  • 1 cup halved blackberries
  • ¼ cup raspberry preserves/jam *
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon *
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla 

Serving Ideas:

  • As a dip with Baked Cinnamon Chips
  • Over oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, or ice cream
  • Layered in a parfait

Instructions

  1. Place all the finely diced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries into a a medium bowl. Gently mix to evenly distribute.
  2. Place ¼ cup of raspberry jam (or preserves) into a small bowl, add the vanilla, stir well, then pour over the diced fruit. Gently mix well.
  3. To serve as a dessert appetizer, place the berry fruit salsa into a small bowl, then surround with the Baked Cinnamon Chips.
