Berry Salsa Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely diced strawberries
- 1 cup halved blueberries
- 1 cup halved raspberries
- 1 cup halved blackberries
- ¼ cup raspberry preserves/jam *
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon *
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Serving Ideas:
- As a dip with Baked Cinnamon Chips
- Over oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, or ice cream
- Layered in a parfait
Instructions
- Place all the finely diced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries into a a medium bowl. Gently mix to evenly distribute.
- Place ¼ cup of raspberry jam (or preserves) into a small bowl, add the vanilla, stir well, then pour over the diced fruit. Gently mix well.
- To serve as a dessert appetizer, place the berry fruit salsa into a small bowl, then surround with the Baked Cinnamon Chips.
