Loaded with all your favorite toppings, this easy Vegan Mexican Pizza is a flavorful and fun dinner the whole family will love.

Base Ingredients:

Traditional Ingredients:

  • Chopped iceberg lettuce (or greens of choice)
  • Chopped avocadoes (or guacamole)
  • Freshly chopped cilantro
  • Salsa

Optional Add-In Ingredients:


Instructions

  1. Place a heated 10-inch corn tortilla on a flat surface or plate.
  2. Place a layer of vegan refried beans over top of the corn tortilla.
  3. Layer in any of the Traditional Ingredients and/or Optional Added Ingredients.
  4. Cut into fourths with a pizza slicer or knife. Enjoy!
