Indulge in these Strawberry Rhubarb Overnight Oats, a breakfast treat that blends creamy oats with bright bursts of rhubarb and strawberries.

Overnight Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cup rolled oats *
- 1 ¼ cup unsweetened plain plant milk
Base Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-) *
- ½ cup plain unsweetened plant yogurt (or vanilla yogurt) *
- 2 teaspoons vanilla *
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Other Ingredients:
Optional Toppings:
- Sprinkle granola
Instructions
- Place the rolled oats and unsweetened plain plant milk into a bowl, mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving add all the Base Ingredients and mix thoroughly with the Overnight Oat mixture.
- Divide the Overnight Oat Mixture evenly in the 3 jars.
