Description

Indulge in these Strawberry Rhubarb Overnight Oats, a breakfast treat that blends creamy oats with bright bursts of rhubarb and strawberries.


Ingredients

Overnight Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup rolled oats *
  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened plain plant milk

Base Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-) *
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened plant yogurt (or vanilla yogurt) *
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla *
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *

Other Ingredients:

Optional Toppings:

  • Sprinkle granola


Instructions

  1. Place the rolled oats and unsweetened plain plant milk into a bowl, mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Just before serving add all the Base Ingredients and mix thoroughly with the Overnight Oat mixture.
  3. Divide the Overnight Oat Mixture evenly in the 3 jars.
