Simple, healthy, and delicious, this Oil Free Vegan Dilly Ranch Dressing is brimming with herbaceous and bright flavors.



Base Ingredients:

  • ½ cup [raw] cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons unsweetened plain plant milk
  • .5 oz. fresh dill *
  • .5 oz. fresh chives *

Spice/Herb Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ to ¾ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (+/-)


  1. Place the cashews into a small bowl, cover with boiling water, then allow to soak for 15 minutes, then drain off the water (discard). Place the soaked cashews into a high-speed blender.
  2. Place all the remaining Base Ingredients and Spice/Herb Ingredients into the high-speed blender, blend on high for several minutes until emulsified and smooth.
  3. Taste test and add adjust seasonings/ingredients accordingly. Serve over your favorite salad greens or as a dip for your favorite fresh/roasted veggies, baked tofu, or baked potatoes/”fries.”
