Dressing Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard *
  • 1 Tablespoon tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon white miso *
  • 3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ to ¾ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) * 

Instructions

  1. Place all the Dressing Ingredients into a small bowl, whisk well until smooth and emulsified.
  2. Pour dressing over salad fixings, toss, and enjoy!
