Description
Healthy, delicious, and perfectly balanced, this Oil Free Shallot Vinaigrette dressing is lightly tangy and full of tasty flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium shallot, chunked *
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon reduced-sodium tamari *
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons tahini
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard *
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (+/-)
Instructions
- Place all the Ingredients into a food processor (or high-speed blender), process until the shallot has been minced and the ingredients are well blended.
- Taste test the dressing, adjust the flavors as needed.
