Description

Healthy, delicious, and perfectly balanced, this Oil Free Shallot Vinaigrette dressing is lightly tangy and full of tasty flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium shallot, chunked *
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon reduced-sodium tamari *
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard *
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (+/-)

Instructions

  1. Place all the Ingredients into a food processor (or high-speed blender), process until the shallot has been minced and the ingredients are well blended.
  2. Taste test the dressing, adjust the flavors as needed.
