Description
This Garden Veggie Sauce bursts with bright, garden-fresh flavor and is equally delicious whether served with raw or lightly steamed vegetables, stirred into fluffy steamed brown rice, or drizzled as a vibrant salad dressing.

Base Ingredients:
- ½ cup [raw] pepitas
- 1/3 cup lemon juice *
- ½ red bell pepper, chunked
- 2 small tomatoes, cored and chunked *
- ½ cup packed fresh parsley (leaves only)
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium tamari (optional) *
Herb/Spices Ingredients:
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- Pinch to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Serving Ideas:
- Over steamed veggies or brown rice
- Salad dressing
- Garden Salad Pizza (Candida Elimination Diet)
Instructions
- Place all the Base Ingredients and all the Herb/Spice Ingredients into a high-speed blender, process until smooth and emulsified. Enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
