Ingredients

- 1 – [ 14.75 oz. can ] corn, drained *
- 1 ½ cup (8 to 10 oz.) quartered grape tomatoes *
- ½ cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers *
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced (optional) *
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (+/-) *
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime juice (+/-)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch to ¾ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
- Pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Place all the Ingredients into a medium-sized bowl, mix well, then serve and enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
