Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 – [ 14.75 oz. can ] corn, drained *
  • 1 ½ cup (8 to 10 oz.) quartered grape tomatoes *
  • ½ cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers *
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced (optional) *
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (+/-) *
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime juice (+/-)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch to ¾ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the Ingredients into a medium-sized bowl, mix well, then serve and enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
