Description

If you’re on the hunt for a salad dressing that packs a punch without the oil, look no further than this Oil-Free Sherry Vinaigrette!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup sherry vinegar *
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons water (+/-) *
  • 2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard *
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¼ to 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt (+/-) *

Instructions

  1. Place all the Ingredients into small bowl, whisk vigorously until smooth and emulsified. Serve and enjoy!
