If you’re on the hunt for a salad dressing that packs a punch without the oil, look no further than this Oil-Free Sherry Vinaigrette!
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup sherry vinegar *
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons water (+/-) *
- 2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard *
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- ¼ to 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt (+/-) *
Instructions
- Place all the Ingredients into small bowl, whisk vigorously until smooth and emulsified. Serve and enjoy!
