Elevate your salad game by drizzling this luscious Oil-Free Red Wine Vinaigrette over a medley of your preferred fresh greens and toppings.


  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons cashew butter *
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • 2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *


  1. Place all the Dressing Ingredients into a small bowl, whisk well until smooth and emulsified.
  2. Pour dressing over salad fixings, toss, enjoy!
