Ingredients

- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons cashew butter *
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
- 2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Instructions
- Place all the Dressing Ingredients into a small bowl, whisk well until smooth and emulsified.
- Pour dressing over salad fixings, toss, enjoy!
