Bursting with vibrant taco flavors, this Oil-Free Low-Fat Taco Dressing is crafted with nutrient-rich silken tofu, making it not only low in fat but also incredibly satisfying.

Base Ingredients:
- ¾ cup salsa *
- ½ cup silken tofu (4.2 oz.)
- 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (+/-)
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Spice/Herb Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (+/-)
- ½ teaspoon cumin (+/-)
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (+/-)
- 1/8 teaspoon coriander (+/-)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Instructions
- Place all the Base Ingredients and all the Spice/Herb Ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and emulsified.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
