Description

Bursting with vibrant taco flavors, this Oil-Free Low-Fat Taco Dressing is crafted with nutrient-rich silken tofu, making it not only low in fat but also incredibly satisfying.


Ingredients

Scale

Base Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup salsa *
  • ½ cup silken tofu (4.2 oz.)
  • 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (+/-)
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice 

Spice/Herb Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (+/-)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin (+/-)
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (+/-)
  • 1/8 teaspoon coriander (+/-)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *


Instructions

  1. Place all the Base Ingredients and all the Spice/Herb Ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and emulsified.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
