Description

Super easy to make, this Oil Free Easy Greek Vinaigrette is full of punchy, zingy, bright flavors and comes together in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon grainy mustard *
  • 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano *
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
  • Pinch black pepper (+/-)

Instructions

  1. Place all the Ingredients into a bowl, whisk vigorously until emulsified.
  2. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow the dried oregano to infuse the dressing.
  3. Serve over your favorite salad or veggie wrap.
