Description
Super easy to make, this Oil Free Easy Greek Vinaigrette is full of punchy, zingy, bright flavors and comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon grainy mustard *
- 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano *
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
- Pinch black pepper (+/-)
Instructions
- Place all the Ingredients into a bowl, whisk vigorously until emulsified.
- Set aside for 5 minutes to allow the dried oregano to infuse the dressing.
- Serve over your favorite salad or veggie wrap.
