Healthy, creamy, and easy, this Oil Free Creamy Dijon Dressing is a pow of flavor and sure to step-up your salad game.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup (raw) cashews
- 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- ¼ cup low-sodium vegetable broth *
- ¼ cup water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard *
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish *
- ½ teaspoon reduced-sodium tamari *
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced onions
- ¼ to ¾ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Instructions
- Place the cashews into a small bowl, cover with boiling water, set aside for 15 minutes to soften. After 15 minutes, discard the water, set aside.
- Place the all the remaining Ingredients and soaked cashews into a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth and emulsified.
- Taste test the dressing, adjust the flavors as needed.
