This vibrant Nitric Oxide Salad is a medley of chopped leafy greens that’s crafted to supercharge your body’s natural production of nitric oxide.
Ingredients

Salad Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped fresh parsley *
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped baby lettuce greens *
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped curly kale, massaged *
- .5 oz. finely chopped fresh mint *
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 4 mini cucumbers, small dice
- 4 celery ribs, fine dice
A – Balsamic Dressing Ingredients:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (+/-) *
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard *
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried ground mustard powder
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon miso (optional) *
B – Italian Walnut Dressing Ingredients:
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (+/-) *
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried ground mustard powder
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon miso (optional) *
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Optional Add-In Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 cups chopped beets (fresh or canned), small dice
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
Instructions
- Make either Dressing A or Dressing B. If making Dressing A, then place all the Dressing Ingredients into a small bowl and whisk well until smooth and emulsified, refrigerate until ready to use. If making Dressing B, then place all the Dressing Ingredients (except the Italian Seasoning) into a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and emulsified, then pulse in the Italian Seasoning, refrigerate until ready to use.
- Place all the chopped and prepared Salad Ingredients into a large bowl, mix well to evenly distribute, then pour the dressing over top, mix
