Bursting with vibrant Italian herbs, this Low Fat Creamy Italian Bean Dressing is not just a flavor powerhouse; it’s also incredibly easy to whip up.

Blender Ingredients:
- 1 – [ 15.5 oz. can ] cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup + 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar (+/-)
- ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons water (+/-) *
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (+/-)
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 Tablespoon white miso *
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Other Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning (+/-) *
Instructions
- Place all the Blender Ingredients into a high-speed blender (or food processor), blend or process on high until smooth and emulsified.
- Next add the Italian Seasonings and pulse several times, just to mix in, do not blend. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the Italian Seasonings to infuse in the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
