Description

Simple, flavorful, and delicious, these Healthy Mandarin Orange Popsicles will keep you cool and refreshed all summer long.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 – [ 23.5 oz. can/jar ] mandarin oranges, drained *
  • 1 to 3 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup light unsweetened coconut milk (from can)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon orange extract (optional) *

Instructions

  1. Place all the Ingredients into a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle mold, add sticks, and freeze at least 8 hours or until completely frozen.
  3. To remove from popsicle mold, remove the popsicle mold from the freezer, allow to sit for 4 to 6 minutes at room temperature, or dip into warm water to loosen.
  4. Store remaining popsicles in individual freezer bags and return to the freezer.
