Instructions

  1. Flatbread Pizza Crust Instructions: Prepare the Basic Quinoa Flatbread as indicated in the Basic Quinoa Flatbread recipe instructions, except substitute the plant milk for water (equal amount) and add ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Follow all other instructions, bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 7 minutes. Make sure when spreading out the quinoa batter to avoid having any thin spots. After baking, set aside to cool.
  2. In the meantime, make the Garden Veggie Sauce Instructions: Prepare the Garden Veggie Sauce as indicated in the recipe instructions. Refrigerate until ready.
  3. Prepare all the veggies as indicated in the Base Ingredients, then place all the prepared veggies into a large bowl, pour ½ cup (+/-) of the Garden Veggie Sauce over top and mix well until all the veggies are thoroughly coated.
  4. Cut the quinoa flatbread pizza crust into 6ths or 8ths and place on a large serving platter or baking sheet. Push all the pieces close together, then place the coated salad mixture over top of the pizza crust, spread the mixture out evenly. Top with a generous sprinkle of avocado chunks, green onions, and an extra drizzle of the Garden Veggie Sauce. Enjoy!
