These viral sensational overnight oats are a breakfast favorite that famously graced Princess Diana’s morning routine, a testament to how something seemingly simple can feel incredibly royal.

Overnight Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats *
- 1 cup orange juice *
Base Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup (+/-) *
- ½ cup plain unsweetened plant yogurt (or vanilla yogurt) *
- 1 medium apple, grated – (mixed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice) *
- ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts *
- 1 teaspoon vanilla *
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (+/-) *
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Toppings:
- ¼ to ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Chopped toasted walnuts
- Drizzle pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Place the rolled oats and orange juice into a bowl, mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving add all the Base Ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Place the oat mixture into 2 glass jars or serving cups, top with chopped toasted walnuts, fresh blueberries and drizzle with some maple syrup. Enjoy!
