Description
Whip it up in a matter of minutes, and you’ll be greeted with a tangy explosion of Dijon mustard paired perfectly with cheesy, nutty undertones and a hint of earthy thyme.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup almond flour *
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
- ¼ cup reduced-sodium tamari *
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard *
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons water (+/-) *
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried crushed thyme leaves (+/-) *
- Pinch to ½ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *
Instructions
- Place all the Ingredients into a small bowl, whisk well until smooth and emulsified, place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the thyme to infuse in the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
