Description

Whip it up in a matter of minutes, and you’ll be greeted with a tangy explosion of Dijon mustard paired perfectly with cheesy, nutty undertones and a hint of earthy thyme.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup almond flour *
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (+/-)
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium tamari *
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard *
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons water (+/-) *
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried crushed thyme leaves (+/-) *
  • Pinch to ½ teaspoon sea salt (+/-) *


Instructions

  1. Place all the Ingredients into a small bowl, whisk well until smooth and emulsified, place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the thyme to infuse in the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
